One half of experimental hip-hop mavericks Armand Hammer<\/strong> (with ELUCID), NYC rapper billy woods<\/strong> is hitting Aotearoa this winter, with a T\u0101maki Makarau headline event locked in for Neck of the Woods <\/strong>plus San Fran in P\u014dneke.<\/strong>\u00a0Collaborator with such fellow heavyweights as Earl Sweatshirt, Moor Mother, JPEGMAFIA, El-P, Quelle Chris, The Alchemist, DJ Haram, Future Islands frontman Samuel T.
