Channing Tatum<\/a> took to Instagram to share a message about \u201cletting go\u201d in the days following the news that his ex-fianc\u00e9e Zo\u00eb Kravitz<\/a> became engaged to Harry Styles<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As Page Six <\/em>reports<\/a>, Tatum, who starred in Kravitz\u2019s 2024 directorial debut Blink Twice<\/em><\/a>, shared an Instagram video by account @liveloveandlegacy about \u201cletting go and trusting in the flow of the universe.\u201d The clip showed a sea lion flowing along the water without fighting against the current.<\/p>\n

Just last week, Tatum shared a poem <\/a>on Instagram by writer and comic John Roedel that read, “My brain and heart divorced a decade ago over who was to blame about how big of a mess I have become. Eventually, they couldn’t be in the same room together.”<\/p>\n

Tatum and Kravitz got engaged<\/a> in October 2023 before splitting the following year after being together for three years. Tatum was previously married to his Step Up<\/em> co-star Jenna Dewan<\/a> from 2009 to 2019, and the ex-spouses share a 12-year-old daughter, Everly Tatum.<\/p>\n

Years before her engagement with Styles, Kravtiz was married to The Running Ma<\/em>n actor Karl Glusman<\/a> from 2019 to 2021. The actress\u2019 engagement to Styles was revealed last month, although Kravitz attended the 2026 Met Gala<\/a> solo on Monday night (May 4). The couple had been dating for 8 months before taking the next step in their relationship.<\/p>\n
