Hikaru Utada<\/strong> has released a new single titled \u2018PAPPAPARADISE\u2019<\/em>,<\/strong> accompanied by an official music video on YouTube.<\/p>\n The track serves as the new ending theme for long-running anime Chibi Maruko-chan<\/em>, and also features in commercials for Japanese green tea brand Ayataka. A 7-inch vinyl edition follows on June 24th.<\/p>\n Tomokazu Yamada<\/a> directs the music video, having previously worked with Utada on the videos for \u2018Naniirodemonai Hana (A Flower of No Color)\u2019<\/em>, \u2018Gold ~Mata Au Hi Made~\u2019<\/em>, and \u2018Mine or Yours\u2019<\/a><\/em>. In the new video, Utada plays a taxi driver who clearly enjoys the job, dancing and singing with passengers to lift their spirits along the way. Min Tanaka, Tokio Emoto, Kiyohiko Shibukawa, Junko Asano, and KONO all appear as passengers.<\/p>\n The single is available in Dolby Atmos spatial audio on Apple Music. Utada also appeared on J-POP Now Radio via Apple Music and on New Music Wednesday (Podcast Edition) via Spotify to coincide with the single\u2019s release on May 6th.<\/p>\n Alongside the new single\u2019s vinyl release, two of Utada\u2019s English-language albums, \u2018Exodus\u2019<\/em> and \u2018This Is The One\u2019<\/em>, will also receive remastered reissues on the same day.
