Sienna Miller<\/strong><\/a> is now a mom of three after welcoming her second baby with boyfriend Oli Green<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s happened,\u201d Miller, 44, confirmed in an interview with E! News<\/em><\/a> published Monday, May 11. \u201cI have a tiny baby next door.\u201d<\/p>\n

While gushing over motherhood, Miller admitted that the transition from two kids to three has been an adjustment.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt feels like stringing sentences together is a bit challenging,\u201d she teased. \u201cI\u2019m on very little sleep, but I\u2019m madly in love with my baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miller and Green, 29, are already parents of a baby girl<\/a>, whose name they have kept private. The Daily Mail<\/em> broke the news of her arrival in January 2024. The actress is also the mother of daughter Marlowe, whom she welcomed with ex Tom Sturridge<\/strong> in 2012.<\/p>\n

Miller revealed her pregnancy<\/a> in December 2025 when she debuted her baby bump at the British Fashion Awards, glowing in a sheer white strapless Givenchy gown.<\/p>\n

\u201c@siennathing is pregnant!\u201d the official Vogue<\/em> Instagram account posted at the time. \u201cThe star revealed she is expecting her second child at 43 with partner Oli Green at the #BritishFashionAwards this evening, in a @givenchy dress and all.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miller and Green have been linked since 2022, though they have mostly kept their relationship out of the spotlight. She made a rare comment about their connection<\/a> in a June 2024 interview with Harper\u2019s Bazaar<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t expect to take it seriously,\u201d she recalled of her initial impression of their romance. \u201cAnd then quite quickly, I fell in love.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miller addressed their age gap too, joking about her reaction to the revelation that Green is 14 years younger than her.<\/p>\n

However, Miller soon realized that the pair\u2019s age difference made them more compatible.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a difference in the way that generation of men respect women,\u201d she explained. \u201cIt\u2019s specific to him, he is very wise and well-adjusted, but I do believe it\u2019s also that generation. They have grown up with a slightly more level playing field. I see it in his female friends as well as in the men.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miller also gushed about adding to her family with Green at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m in heaven,\u201d she raved of welcoming their daughter. \u201cIt\u2019s been a cathartic, healing experience, which sounds woo-woo, but it\u2019s grounded in a way that reflects the life that I want to be living.\u201d<\/p>\n
