\u201cGossip Girl\u201d spawned multiple real-life romances<\/a>, but Chace Crawford wasn\u2019t part of any of them.<\/p>\n The actor, 40, clarified that he didn\u2019t date any of his main co-stars \u2014 which included Blake Lively and Leighton Meester \u2014 but did admit that he had hooked up with guest stars.<\/p>\n \u201cYeah, there\u2019s things that happen or connections that happen,\u201d Crawford said during his appearance on the \u201cArmchair Expert\u201d podcast<\/a> that was released Monday.<\/p>\n But he added, \u201cI never dated anyone on the show.\u201d<\/p>\n Chace Crawford revealed on a recent podcast if he dated any \u201cGossip Girl\u201d co-stars. Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n \u201cYeah, there\u2019s things that happen or connections that happen,\u201d he said during his appearance on the \u201cArmchair Expert\u201d podcast Monday. (The show\u2019s cast from Season 1 is shown above.) \u00a9CW Network\/Courtesy Everett Col<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n Still, he did \u201cmeet people\u201d through the CW drama.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s a lot of guest stars and people in the orbit of the show that you\u2019d meet through other friends even,\u201d he shared. \u201cAnd I remember that was a way to meet people.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n \u201cGossip Girl\u201d stars that did date in real-life include Lively and Penn Badgley, who dated from 2007 to 2010, as well as Meester and Sebastian Stan, who dated from 2008 to 2010<\/a>.<\/p>\n During Crawford\u2019s appearance on \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d<\/a> in June 2024, he said off-set romances between the cast was \u201cinevitable\u201d given that they were in their 20s at the time and spending a lot of time together.<\/p>\n He clarified that he never actually dated anyone from the show, though.
