Experiences has teamed up with the University of Central Florida (UCF) to launch a new school to train future industry leaders in the <strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blooloop.com\/attractions-trends-2026\/\">themed entertainment<\/a><\/strong> sector.<\/p>\n<p>Housed within the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, the <strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/hospitality.ucf.edu\/universal-school-of-experience-leadership-and-innovation\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Universal School of Experience Leadership and Innovation<\/a><\/strong> will prepare students to lead the future of visitor experiences.<\/p>\n<hr\/>\n<p><strong>Mark Woodbury<\/strong>, chairman and CEO of Universal Destinations &amp; Experiences represents our mission at its best, creating an environment where students are learning in direct connection with the people and ideas shaping the future of <strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blooloop.com\/technology\/in-depth\/top-immersive-experiences\/\">immersive experiences<\/a><\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Universal and UCF partnership will also support research via a new hospitality <strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blooloop.com\/technology-trends-attractions-2026\/\">technology<\/a><\/strong> lab, described as a creative sandbox where students can collaborate, test ideas, and gain hands-on experience working alongside UCF faculty, Universal professionals, and industry stakeholders. <\/p>\n<h2>New hospitality technology lab<\/h2>\n<p>At the new school, focus areas for teaching, learning and research will include service robotics; AR and VR simulation technologies for training, operations and immersive environments; and AI and digital twins for optimising and personalising the guest experience.<\/p>\n<p>Rosen College already serves as a key talent pipeline for Universal, with thousands of graduates working across the company&#8217;s <strong><a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/blooloop.com\/cinesational-tait-universal\/\">theme parks<\/a><\/strong>, experiences and operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTogether with UCF we have opened doors for students and helped strengthen our industry with valued talent \u2013 and the next chapter will be even better,\u201d said <strong>John Sprouls<\/strong>, chief administrative officer at Universal Destinations &amp;
