Koyo<\/strong>\u00a0have released their\u00a0sophomore album, Barely Here<\/em><\/strong>, out\u00a0now<\/a> via Pure Noise Records<\/strong>. Clocking in at ten songs in just 28 minutes, the album is\u00a0a lean blast of incredibly anthemic punk that packs the\u00a0firecracker guts of The Movielife, the widescreen hooks of Taking Back Sunday, and the tuneful grit of Silent Majority\u2014but more than anything it sounds like Koyo<\/strong> themselves.<\/p>\n The album\u2019s early singles drew praise from the likes of Stereogum, Alt Press, BrooklynVegan, Uproxx, and more, and now longtime fans and newcomers alike can dive into one of the catchiest punk records of the year.
