On May 12, NBC revealed that Queen Latifah<\/a> will be joining The Voice<\/em> as a coach for Season 30. While a lot of people know her today for her acting career, the 56-year-old is also a full-on music industry veteran with serious credentials. She\u2019s been in the game for decades, winning a Grammy Award back in 1995 for her iconic track \u201cU.N.I.T.Y.\u201d and earning six additional Grammy nominations since then. <\/p>\n

She\u2019s also picked up an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe nod for her role in the film adaptation of Chicago<\/em>. So yeah, she\u2019s not exactly new to this.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
