Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/a> is giving a glimpse into her life as a mom of three.<\/p>\n The model, 45, shared rare photos with all three of her kids on Instagram<\/a> over the weekend as she celebrated Mother’s Day with her family. B\u00fcndchen shares daughter Vivian Lake, 13, and son Benjamin Rein, 16, with ex\u00a0Tom Brady, as well as a 16-month-old son with husband Joaquim Valente.<\/p>\n B\u00fcndchen could be seen playfully tossing her baby boy in the air in the first photo, while other pictures show the model spending quality time with all three of her kids.<\/p>\n “Nothing in this world fills my life with more meaning and joy than being a mom. I\u2019m so grateful to experience life with them, learning and growing together every day,” she began her caption.<\/p>\n Sign up for <\/strong>From the Editor<\/strong><\/a>, our free weekly newsletter from PEOPLE’s Editor-in-Chief, Charlotte Triggs.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n “Happy Mother\u2019s Day to all moms, especially to my mama, who is always by my side in spirit and inspires me to be the best mom that I can be. \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f,” she continued.<\/p>\n Brady, 48, also marked Mother’s Day<\/a> on Sunday, May 10, by sharing a series of photos honoring the women in his life \u2014 including exes B\u00fcndchen and Bridget Moynahan<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n Gisele B\u00fcndchen and her kids. \u201cHappy Mother’s Day\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f,\u201d Brady wrote on his Instagram Stories<\/a> alongside a photo of B\u00fcndchen kissing her 18-year-old stepson, Jack, as Moynahan, 55, stood smiling next to them.\u00a0<\/p>\n In another snap, B\u00fcndchen can be seen lying in bed, cuddling Jack, as well as her and Brady’s two kids, Benjamin and Vivian.<\/p>\n \u201cHappy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mothers in this world\u2026\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f,\u201d Brady added over the photo.\u00a0<\/p>\n In January, B\u00fcndchen shared several snaps on Instagram<\/a> of her family of five to commemorate her baby boy’s first birthday. The toddler, whom she welcomed in 2025<\/a> with Valente, could be seen in the first picture in the 15-photo carousel<\/a> sitting on a toy pony with a “Happy Birthday” balloon next to him.<\/p>\n “I can\u2019t believe it\u2019s already been over a year since you came to bless our lives.
