The actress, 63, glowed<\/a> in a strapless white maxi dress<\/a> with colorful polka dots as she attended a jury members\u2019 photo session at the Palais des Festivals on Tuesday, May 12.<\/p>\n

Moore\u2019s ensemble, designed by Jacquemus, featured a mermaid-style hem and 3D feathers attached to the skirt.<\/p>\n
