Barbara Corcoran is preparing to move into her newly renovated New York City apartment in three weeks<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
The Shark Tank<\/em> star shared updates on the six-month renovation earlier this week, including design decisions and construction progress<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n The apartment features a wrap-around terrace with a Central Park view and unique details like a tile \u201crug\u201d in the bathroom<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Barbara Corcoran<\/a> is counting down the days until she can live in her \u201cdream\u201d New York City apartment.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, March 12, the businesswoman gave her Instagram<\/a> followers a sneak peek of the ongoing construction at her grand penthouse.<\/p>\n \u201c3 weeks until I move into my dream apartment!\u201d the Shark Tank<\/em><\/a> investor wrote in the onscreen caption of the post. The first slide appears to show a variety of equipment still spread throughout the unit.<\/p>\n In the second slide, Corcoran, 77, gave a glimpse of her bedroom, which features a large floor-to-ceiling arched window pane at the center. \u201cMy bedroom is far from finished, but I couldn’t wait any longer to spend the night\u2026 so for now, it’s a bit makeshift until everything comes in,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n Another series of pictures shows the progress made in her daughter Kate Higgins’ bathroom. The real estate tycoon says the tile \u201clooks like a built-in rug.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd her bedroom is getting the final paint touches,\u201d she wrote on another clip showing off the space. \u201cI can’t wait for her big green chair to come in.\u201d<\/p>\n In the last slide, Corcoran shows off the property’s view from its wrap-around terrace.<\/p>\n \u201cThe final countdown is on and I couldn’t be happier,\u201d she says. \u201cFollow along for the finishing touches.\u201d<\/p>\n Corcoran first clued in followers to her major renovation last fall. In a November 24 Instagram Reel<\/a>, the self-described \u201cQueen of New York Real Estate\u201d gave a full tour inside her \u201cnew apartment\u201d before starting a \u201cproper makeover.\u201d<\/p>\n Over the last six months, Corcoran has provided occasional updates on the project on social media.
