Brandon Sheets<\/a> took to Instagram on Wednesday (May 13) to share an emotional birthday message to his late father, Darrell Sheets<\/a>, who died at 67-years-old on April 22.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cHappy Birthday @darrellgambler thank you for raising me to be the man I am today. . .wish that I could spend just one more day with you,\u201d Brandon wrote alongside a video montage set to ZZ Top\u2019s \u201cJust Got Paid.\u201d The video included photos of Darrell with his children, grandchildren, and other family members throughout the years.<\/p>\n \u201cI love you dad and Happy Birthday 5\/13\/1958 to 4\/22\/2026,\u201d Brandon concluded the post. The final image in the montage showed Darrell on his boat, with the words \u201cRest now pop\u201d captioned over the photo.<\/p>\n Darrell was\u00a0found dead\u00a0on Wednesday, April 22, at his residence in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. In a statement, the Lake Havasu City Police Department said officers responded to reports of a deceased individual around 2 a.m. local time and found \u201ca male subject who suffered from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.\u201d<\/p>\n After the news broke, fellow Storage Wars<\/em> star\u00a0Ren\u00e9 Nezhoda<\/a>\u00a0claimed that Darrell was the\u00a0victim of cyberbullying<\/a>\u00a0and urged police to look into the accusations.<\/p>\n \u201cYou never know what demons somebody faces and what they go through and what you might push them through,\u201d Nezhoda wrote on Instagram at the time. \u201cAnd I also highly encourage law enforcement \u2014 Darrell has been posting a lot about the guy that has been cyberbullying and torturing him, and I really hope they look into that guy, and that\u2019s just not a pass. Because it\u2019s just not right.\u201d<\/p>\n In a statement to\u00a0Us Weekly<\/a>, the Lake Havasu City Police Department said it \u201ccontinues to actively investigate allegations of cyberbullying associated with this case.\u201d<\/p>\n
