Laugh away the mid-month blues with some of Mzansi\u2019s biggest comedians at this event.<\/span><\/p>\n

This month\u2019s line-up of \u201cComedy in the Park\u201d is a special birthday show. It will feature comedian Chris Forrest<\/a>. The comedy show\u2019s MCs will be Eric Jansen, Q Dube and Al Prodgers.<\/span><\/p>\n

There will also be a range of delicious meals and beverages for sale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where: The Whirlwind Theatre in\u00a0 Delta Park.<\/span><\/p>\n

When: Saturday, May 16, from 5pm to 9pm. The show starts at 7pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Ferr\u00e9 Gola Live<\/span><\/h2>\n

Congolese superstar Ferr\u00e9 Gola is set to make his South African debut this weekend in Jozi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fans of the renowned musician will get a chance to enjoy an evening of music and culture as Gola performs some of the biggest hits from his impressive discography in front of a live audience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Affectionately known as “Jesus de Nuances”, Gola is celebrated for his tenor voice and is considered a central figure in the evolution of fifth-generation Congolese rumba.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He is celebrated as one of Africa\u2019s most influential and soulful voices, building a remarkable career spanning decades.<\/span><\/p>\n

Where: The Lyric Theatre at Gold Reef City Casino.<\/span><\/p>\n

Girls on Bikes<\/span><\/h2>\n

This fun-filled journey continues with\u00a0<\/span>another\u00a0exhilarating bike ride<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

The route for this week\u2019s ride will include a turn through scenic spots like Melrose Arch, Sandton City and parts of Rosebank.<\/span><\/p>\n

It will also travel through Wanderers,Illovo and Sandhurst. So despite all the route\u2019s ups and downs, the vibes are set to be immaculate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Riders are encouraged to have a light bite before the ride and to pack water and some snacks to keep energy up during the ride.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Where: Oxford Parks in Randburg.<\/span><\/p>\n
