Lisa Vanderpump <\/strong>says she is spending \u201ca lot of energy behind the curtain\u201d in the development of Vanderpump Hotel.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s a shame not to witness this,\u201d the reality-show pioneer says.<\/p>\n Never one to squander a real-life saga, Vanderpump is summoning the camera crews to Las Vegas to record the rebrand of the former Cromwell. \u201cVanderpump<\/a> Rules: Lisa Las <\/a>Vegas<\/a>\u201d is a three-episode Bravo burst, episode dates to be announced.<\/p>\n The star reveals only, \u201cIt will be a while.\u201d<\/p>\n Vanderpump checked in on FaceTime chat from her home in Beverly Hills, where she was watching over her seven dogs, two miniature horses, and four swans. She says the new series will focus on the \u201cVanderpump kids,\u201d Pandora and Max, and the pressure of overhauling a hotel on the Strip.<\/p>\n \u201cWe will see the day-to-day, people will be very aware of what we\u2019re doing and follow me through all of the developments,\u201d Vanderpump says. She is eager for the masses to see the detailed artistry of Nick <\/strong>Alain<\/strong>, the celebrated \u201cnouveau chic\u201d designer who partnered with her on the hotel\u2019s timeless, contemporary aesthetics.<\/p>\n Filming for \u201cLisa Las Vegas\u201d will be split between L.A. and Las Vegas, culminating in the sure-to-be-fab grand-opening party, scheduled for June 11. Guest rooms are available for reservations beginning May 29-30, with a two-night minimum required for all bookings through Sept. 14.<\/p>\n Vanderpump has watched her surname sign take its place facing the Strip. She said the moment was daunting, even by her standards.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen I came to Las Vegas as a young woman, I never imagined this would be a possibility,\u201d Vanderpump says. \u201cNames on hotels can be so ambiguous, so to personalize it in this way is wonderful.\u201d<\/p>\n Vanderpump says while visiting one of her Vegas hotspots, she still feels the \u201cwow factor.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI get that when I walk through the Cocktail Garden at Caesars, even a few years after it has opened,\u201d Vanderpump says. \u201cBut seeing my name go up was that, on steroids. It was very emotional.\u201d<\/p>\n Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, have developed 40 venues in the U.S. and U.K. She has found a vein of gold on the Strip, where her name and vision grace Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, Pinky\u2019s at Flamingo and Vanderpump \u00e0 Paris at Paris Las Vegas.<\/p>\n All are Caesars Entertainment resorts, a team Vanderpump says has been \u201cwonderfully positive\u201d to evolve with.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m such a fan of Las Vegas, you can\u2019t even believe it,\u201d says Vanderpump, honored as this year\u2019s Nevada Ballet Theatre Woman of the Year at NBT\u2019s Black & White Gala<\/a> in April. \u201cIt\u2019s an extraordinary city, jam-packed with some of the best restaurants and entertainment in the world.
