A lot of celebrities date and even marry people in their orbit. From mega music artists to movie stars, several famous couples got together for running in the same circles \u2014 but that\u2019s not the case for every celebrity and their love life.<\/p>\n

In fact, quite a few well-known couples have worked out between a major star and a partner who wasn\u2019t famous to begin with. Taylor Lautner<\/strong><\/a> and his wife, Tay Lautner,<\/strong><\/a> are an example, as she worked to become a registered nurse when she started dating the Twilight actor.<\/p>\n
