Pete Davidson is a single man again \u2014 but it\u2019s the first time he\u2019s been a single dad. <\/p>\n
Davidson, 32, and British model Elsie Hewitt, 30, who welcomed daughter Scottie<\/a> only five months ago, are on the outs, according to a report Thursday in the Sun<\/a> that blamed their split on his busy work schedule. <\/p>\n Hewitt allegedly wanted more support at home, which \u201cwas very hard for him because, obviously, he has to work to make money,\u201d a source told the outlet. <\/p>\n Also, a source \u2014 we don\u2019t know if it was the same person who talked to the Sun \u2014 told People<\/a> on Friday that while the two are no longer a couple, they are still \u201cworking on things\u201d and \u201cwant one another to succeed and be happy.\u201d<\/p>\n Apparently, they\u2019ve done the break-up-and-make-up thing before, that source said. But this time around it might be for real, with the two making the baby their \u201ctop priority.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cwelp now everyone knows we had sex,\u201d Hewitt wrote last July<\/a> in a social media post complete with a sonogram and multiple loved-up couple photos, announcing they were expecting a baby just four months after folks first caught them kissing in Palm Beach, Fla. Scottie Rose, named after Davidson\u2019s late firefighter father, Scott, arrived several days before Christmas. <\/p>\n The birth came eight months after mom and dad went red-carpet official at an endometriosis fundraiser in NYC.<\/p>\n Hewitt had surgery in late 2024 to treat her own endometriosis after the pain and other symptoms became \u201cunbearable,\u201d according to the Endometriosis Society of America. She had been misdiagnosed and dismissed for years, she said. The condition has a good chance of hurting a woman\u2019s fertility. <\/p>\n \u201cI just knew I couldn\u2019t live like that anymore,\u201d she told EndoTV<\/a> last August, after trying \u201cevery holistic approach\u201d to her condition. \u201cThere was a long chunk of time between symptoms and discovering what was wrong with me.\u201d <\/p>\n Hewitt, who previously dated Jason Sudeikis<\/a> and Benny Blanco<\/a>, has modeled for Guess and was a Playboy Playmate in May\/June 2017.<\/p>\n That same year, when she was 21, Hewitt sued another ex-boyfriend, Ryan Phillippe<\/a>, alleging that he kicked her, punched her and threw her down a flight of stairs during a July 4 fight that sent her to the emergency room. The actor, 22 years Hewitt\u2019s senior, settled the case<\/a> with her days before it went to trial in October 2019.<\/p>\n
