When Noah Cyrus<\/a> <\/b>was called for jury duty, mom Tish Cyrus <\/b><\/a>began questioning how the experience would play out.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe did [recently] get called for jury duty,\u201d Tish, 59, recalled on the Thursday, May 14, episode of her \u201cSorry We\u2019re Cyrus\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a>, noting she has \u201cno idea\u201d whether Noah, 26, was excused.<\/p>\n

Tish\u2019s daughter Brandi Cyrus <\/b>chimed in, \u201cCould you imagine? I would pay so much money to watch Noah on a jury.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tish also thought it would be \u201camazing\u201d to watch Noah fulfill her civic obligation. (In addition to Noah, Tish and ex-husband Billy Ray Cyrus<\/b> share Brandi, 38, Trace, 37, Miley, 33, and Braison, 32)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tAfter months of family drama, Noah Cyrus joined Tish Cyrus for a podcast interview \u2014 and got candid about her love life. \u201cI always wanted to get married, like, every relationship I\u2019ve had I\u2019ve thought about marrying them,\u201d Noah, 23, said on the Thursday, April 17, episode of Tish\u2019s \u201cSorry We\u2019re Cyrus\u201d podcast. \u201cMy explanation [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cShe would be so funny,\u201d Tish speculated. \u201cI could just see Noah, [but] honestly though, would she just be able to be stoned and be on jury duty?\u201d<\/p>\n

Brandi posited that Noah likely wouldn\u2019t be able to be under the influence of marjuana while serving on a jury.<\/p>\n

\u201cI know, [but it would be] so good,\u201d Tish quipped.<\/p>\n

Both Tish and Noah have been candid about dabbling in marijuana use<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMiss Thing had me drive her to the dispensary the other day so that she could up her dose,\u201d Noah claimed on a July 2025 episode<\/span><\/a> of the podcast, noting she and her mom have only smoked marijuana together twice. \u201cYou asked me to give you the joint to take home, and you smoked it over the next two days.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Tish, she was trying to \u201cease back in\u201d to smoking weed. She previously used doses to cope with her divorce.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been very open that I was a major weed smoker. I\u2019ve always had a little bit of anxiety. I do think, at that time, that was almost like medicine for me, because I\u2019m a huge believer in plant medicine,\u201d Tish said on \u201cThe Squeeze\u201d<\/span><\/a> in January. \u201cI think that during the time I lost my mom and my marriage fell apart, that that was like self-medicating in some ways. I didn\u2019t even realize I was doing it for that reason. I do think it numbed all that pain.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tish\u2019s mother, Loretta Finley<\/b>, died in 2020, just two years before Tish and Billy Ray, 64, called it quits after decades of marriage. To deal with the trauma, Tish said she would \u201cself-medicate\u201d with marijuana.<\/p>\n
