Tyson and Paris\u2019 first of seven kids, Venezuela, married aspiring boxer Noah Price on Saturday, May 16, surrounded by their friends and family. \u201cWhat a day,\u201d Venezuela\u2019s soon-to-be aunt Molly-Mae Hague wrote via her Instagram [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Paris, 36, helped her eldest child<\/a> plan the elaborate nuptials.<\/p>\n\u201cI haven\u2019t taken over. I\u2019ve been given the wedding,\u201d Paris quipped on the U.K.\u2019s This Morning<\/i><\/span><\/a> <\/i>in April. \u201cIt\u2019s been passed to me because all Venezuela cares about is her dress and the DJ. She just wants to know she\u2019s going to party all night and wear her dress and marry the boy she loves.\u201d<\/p>\nWhile Paris enjoyed picking out the likes of Venezuela\u2019s wedding venue and invitations, she acknowledged her daughter was still \u201cridiculously young\u201d to be a bride. (Paris and Tyson, 37, also got engaged when the mom of seven was just 17.)<\/p>\n
\u201cVenezuela is ridiculously young, even in gypsy standards. Like, she\u2019s really young,\u201d Paris said on the \u201cGreat Company\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a> last month. \u201cShe\u2019s 16, but Venezuela has always been a woman. She\u2019s always been the oldest of all [my and Tyson\u2019s] kids. She\u2019s always been very confident in herself, and she has met the person that she wants to be with.\u201d<\/p>\nParis further shut down any criticism of Venezuela getting married as a teenager.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t understand [the backlash],\u201d Paris stated. \u201cTo me, my child has met the person she wants to be with. If she moved in and lived with this person, no one would bat an eyelid. It wouldn\u2019t be any problem.\u201d<\/p>\n
