Congrats are in order for Alex Cooper and her husband, Matt Kaplan. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n On Sunday, Cooper, 31, revealed in an <\/span>Instagram post<\/span><\/a> that she and the film producer, 42, are expecting their first child together. I<\/span>n the carousel post, the podcaster cradled her baby bump while sitting on the armrest of a chair. Kaplan appeared beside her in the two photos. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cOur family,\u201d Cooper captioned her post alongside a white heart emoji. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Cooper and Kaplan tied the knot in April 2024. Following the ceremony in Riviera Maya, Mexico, she told <\/span>Vogue:<\/span><\/a> \u201cIt was everything we wanted it to be.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cIt was emotional, heartfelt, and we tailored it to exactly how we always envisioned it,\u201d Cooper added. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In a January 2026 episode of her \u201c<\/span>Call Her Daddy<\/span><\/a>\u201d podcast, Cooper said she \u201creally didn\u2019t think\u201d she wanted kids when she was in her 20s. However, she <\/span>told guest Jennette McCurdy that \u201csomething changed\u201d when she reached her 30s.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cAnd I think that\u2019s OK,\u201d Cooper said. \u201cI was like, \u2018You know what? I actually think I do.\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
