Celebrity participants included <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.televisionacademy.com\/bios\/wayne-brady\"><strong>Wayne Brady <\/strong><\/a>(<em>Let\u2019s Make a Deal)<\/em>, <strong>Jonathan<\/strong> <strong>Mangum <\/strong><em>(Let\u2019s Make a Deal)<\/em>, <strong>Mike Merrill<\/strong> (<em>The Black Hamptons; Where There\u2019s Smoke<\/em>), <strong>Jessie<\/strong> <strong>Prez <\/strong>(<em>George &amp; Mandy\u2019s First Marriage<\/em>) and celebrity chef <strong>Jet Tila<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The full-day event included red carpet arrivals, a doubles tournament, a live auction and an awards presentation for the winning teams in three categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>1st Place Beginner Champions Team: Emily Ma and Jesus Ma<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1st Place Intermediate Champions Team: David Hutkin and Dean Hutkin<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1st Place Advanced Champions Team: Brodie Smith and Sky Smith<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cOur sincerest appreciation to all the celebrities, sponsors and players who came together for this event in support of the Foundation,\u201d said Tina Perry, chair of the Television Academy Foundation. \u201cTheir generosity is vital to advancing our renowned educational initiatives, which provide aspiring storytellers with the access, skills and opportunities needed to succeed in our industry.
