Donk Ave., with food, drinks, games and music planned throughout the day. A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new pavilion is scheduled for 5 p.m., followed by music from Sailing with Scott Marlin at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block-type=\"text\" data-dropcap=\"false\">\n<p>The event is cash-only, with an ATM on-site. Outside alcohol is not allowed. Beer trucks will be stationed in the park.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div data-block-type=\"text\" data-dropcap=\"false\">\n<p>Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and wear red, white and blue. Street parking will be available throughout the village.
