The pair finalized their divorce in 2019.<\/p>\n The actor recently spoke about his marriage to Fergie<\/a> while appearing on a March 25 episode of\u00a0The Megyn Kelly Show<\/em><\/a>. “It was a huge sort of shift because she was a massive star at the time, and it was a big adjustment for me, if I’m being honest,” Duhamel said of the relationship.<\/p>\n “But you know, Fergie is a very normal person at the end of the day. Good mom. We have a great relationship, she and my wife actually get along,” he continued.<\/p>\n “She’s a great mom. I’m extremely happily married now to my wife Audra, we have a beautiful son and a little girl on the way, and they have a great relationship, which is what I really care about – making sure that everybody’s just copacetic,” Duhamel said. “I just want peace and I don’t want any infighting between anybody. I think they’ve all been, thankfully, very civil in the way they approach this whole thing. It could be ugly, but thankfully it’s not.”<\/p>\n Ahead of welcoming his baby girl, Duhamel shared his excitement about becoming a girl dad<\/a> while speaking with E! News<\/a> about his comedy Preschool<\/em>. The actor told fellow new dad Derek Hough<\/a> that he “cannot wait to meet her.”<\/p>\n “I don’t know what to make of it. I’m just so \u2014 I cannot wait to meet her,” he said. “And I think there’s something about dads and their little girls. It’s different, you know?”<\/p>\n Mari first revealed that she was pregnant again in an Instagram carousel<\/a> filled with black-and-white photos of herself baring her baby bump. In the first image, Mari sat in a bed with her legs crossed while wearing a half-buttoned top with her stomach exposed as she smiled at the camera.
