Owens claimed that the mismanagement of his finances have happened in the past and that he prays \u201cTHAT THE DEVIL DON\u2019T TRICK ME AND I GIVE IN.\u201d He then assured everything is going to be alright and most people might not get how much it affects athletes.<\/p>\n

At the end of his message he thanked those who have helped him during this time and confirmed that Mesalam \u201cwho stole from me and no longer working for me in any capacity.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to the screenshots in Owens’s post, Mesalam\u2019s monthly management fee allegedly increased from $1,300 to $1,500 without his approval. <\/p>\n
Owens shared the text message with Mesalam allegedly read: \u201cWithout my knowledge\u2026 that\u2019s stealing.\u201d<\/p>\n
