They visited an open-air event showcasing the type of acts on display when Belfast hosts the all-Ireland Fleadh \u2013 the world\u2019s largest festival of traditional Irish music, song and dance \u2013 for the first time in August.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n As the couple arrived at the Thompson Dock, the Queen pulled out her umbrella to shield herself from the rain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n But in a video shared on social media, the royal appeared to have trouble holding her umbrella while shaking hands with the dignitaries who welcomed them to the city, with her accessory briefly brushing the woman next to her before she got it back in place.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Royal fans were quick to notice the incident and took to social media to comment on it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n One user wrote on X: \u201cOops, the queen nearly took someone out with her umbrella.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Another one said: \u201cIf you imagine a ‘Boing!!’ sound effect it’s really funny.
