\n(GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Allied Gaming & Entertainment Inc. (Nasdaq: AGAE) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today announced that, pursuant
\nto the Company\u2019s previously disclosed strategic transformation plan, it has formally approved and completed its corporate name
\nchange to All In FutureTech Alliance Inc. (\u201cAIFA\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d). The name change reflects the continued
\nevolution of the Company\u2019s long-term strategic direction, with an increased focus on opportunities in artificial intelligence,
