Louise<\/a> has announced her first solo live tour in almost a decade for 2027. Find all the details below.<\/p>\n The former Eternal<\/a> member will hit the road next spring to mark the 30th anniversary of her debut album, \u2018Naked\u2019 (1996), while also showcasing her latest full-length effort, \u2018Confessions\u2019<\/a> (2025).<\/p>\n Dubbed the \u2018Naked \/\/ Confessions Tour 2027\u2019, the upcoming shows across the UK mark Louise\u2019s first headline run since 2018\u2019s sold-out \u2018Intimate And Live Tour\u2019. It follows the cancellation of her \u2018Heavy Love Tour\u2019 in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n \u201cI honestly can\u2019t believe it\u2019s been 30 years since \u2018Naked\u2019. That album changed everything for me,\u201d Louise said. \u201cTo be celebrating it alongside my recent top 10 album \u2018Confessions\u2019, a record which means so much to me personally and creatively, feels incredibly special.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued: \u201cI\u2019ve missed touring so much, and I can\u2019t wait to be back on the road performing all the hits and \u2018Confessions\u2019 live for the first time\u2026 and maybe even some new music.\u201d<\/p>\n Fans can also expect some nostalgic tracks from Louise\u2019s time in Eternal, with the concerts spanning the singer\u2019s entire 33-year career in music.<\/p>\n Kicking off in Sunderland on April 8, the trek features further stops in Manchester, Birmingham and Southend, before concluding with a gig at London\u2019s Cadogan Hall on April 14.<\/p>\n Tickets go on general sale at 10am BST this Friday (May 22) \u2013 you\u2019ll be able to buy yours here<\/a>. Upon the record\u2019s release, it sold over a million copies and earned Louise a BRIT nomination for Best Female Artist.<\/p>\n She currently holds the record for the most top 10 singles by any former British girl group member (nine), and the most top 10 albums (four), alongside Cheryl<\/a> and Melanie C<\/a>. The pop artist has sold over 15million records worldwide across her solo career.<\/p>\n Speaking to NME<\/em> about \u2018Confessions\u2019 last year<\/a>, Louise explained: \u201cThis is the first album I\u2019ve ever made where I get into a car and listen to it the whole way through out of choice. I worked with producers like Jon Shave, who worked on Charli XCX<\/a>\u2019s \u2018Brat\u2019<\/a>, and Anya Jones, who worked on\u00a0Kylie<\/a>\u2019s \u2018Tension\u2019<\/a>, to create an upbeat album with the most honest, vulnerable lyrics I\u2019ve ever written.\u201d<\/p>\n She went on: \u201cMy aim was that if I ever came back with a record, I wasn\u2019t going to be a nostalgia act. I wanted to break down walls people wouldn\u2019t expect of me. At the age of 50, I\u2019ve made my most authentic album and hopefully the past element of ageism and judgement within the music industry has disappeared.\u201d<\/p>\n Louise also told us that she \u201ccan\u2019t see Eternal ever getting back together, but I wish them luck for their journey\u201d.
