The music festival just south of Des Moines is completing its newest expansion: a permanent outdoor stage.<\/p>\n<partner-banner util-module-path=\"elements\/partner\" class=\"spacer-large\" min-height=\"600\" fluid=\"\" outstream=\"\" momentum=\"\"\/>\n<p>The new stage is not the only thing that&#8217;s expanding Hinterland.
