Prince Harry and Meghan “weren’t even in the mix” for an invite to a high-profile royal wedding<\/a>, while a “conversation” was had about Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor<\/a> and Sarah Ferguson attending, it has been suggested. Reports abounded this week that the former Duke of York and his ex-wife had been barred from the wedding of Princess Anne’s<\/a> son, Peter Phillips, in Gloucestershire at the start of next month. Sources suggested the couple thought the pair, whose reputations have been tarred by the Jeffrey Epstein<\/a> scandal, would “cause a distraction to the whole day”.<\/p>\n But another pair of familiar royal faces also tellingly excluded from the festivities were Prince Harry<\/a> and Meghan Markle<\/a>, whose attendance wasn’t even the subject of debate, Mark Dolan told JJ Anisiobi on the Daily Expresso<\/a> podcast.<\/p>\n “There was a conversation about whether Andrew and Sarah Ferguson would attend,” he said.<\/p>\n “Clearly, it was quite a short conversation. But a conversation was had and it was decided it was not the best move. Well, poor old Harry wasn’t even in the mix for an invite.
