Warhorse Games announces a new LOTR game built upon the engine and experience of the award-winning Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/WarhorseStudios\/status\/2057008469920624696\/photo\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">tweet<\/a>, Warhorse describes it as an open world RPG set in Middle-earth and adds \u201cWe\u2019re excited to tell you more when the time is right.\u201d Warhorse is owned by Embracer Group. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introducing Fellowship a publicly traded company<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In business news, Embracer Group has <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gamesindustry.biz\/embracer-group-announces-plans-to-spin-off-fellowship-entertainment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">announced<\/a> it\u2019s splitting the company into a new publicly traded entity. Fellowship Entertainment will be traded on NASDAQ Sweden and house several companies that own &amp; develop popular franchises. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/embracer.com\/releases\/open-letter-by-chair-of-the-board-on-the-fellowship-entertainment-spin-off\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">press release<\/a>, Embracer says \u201cFellowship will be one business segment with one strategy and business plan. The main rationale to spin-off Fellowship is to increase management focus to capture the full joint potential of the IPs, their respective communities and some of the best game developers in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AAA level experiences<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.videogameschronicle.com\/news\/embracer-announces-plan-to-split-into-2-companies-as-tomb-raider-and-lotr-spun-off\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">announcement<\/a> says a goal is to deliver at least 2 high quality AAA products every year starting next year 2027.
