It\u2019s driving at high speeds. I\u2019m worried they\u2019re going to crash with somebody.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A second caller told a dispatcher for California Highway Patrol, \u201cPossible drunk driver. It is a black BMW. They\u2019re randomly breaking in and out of the lanes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The driver added, \u201cAlmost side swiped three or four vehicles. This was her own decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Spears\u2019 attorney appeared in Ventura County Superior Court on May 4 on behalf of the songstress. <\/p>\n<p>The attorney accepted a \u201cwet reckless\u201d offer, which is a reduced charge involving reckless driving with alcohol or drugs.
