Puck News reported a story on Blake Brown<\/a> and it has a lot of specific details inside what it deems a \u201ccollapse\u201d of the brand. There are multiple issues, including that the launch coincided with It Ends With Us<\/em> and, well, that is self-explanatory. <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Blake went quiet on social media and what started as the biggest haircare launch in Target history is now facing multiple issues: anemic sales, a restriction to a single retailer, and a business partner that allegedly wants out. (A note on that: celebrity-led brands nearly always have a business partner, this is a common structure.) So does she take the risk and buy her own brand outright, rework the retail avenues (e.g. try direct-to-consumer) or does she let it go? This would be a very tough decision.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n A tragic backstory? Running through the rain? A \u201cYou\u2019ve Got Mail\/Shop Around the Corner\u201d pen pal trope? When we say \u201cbring back rom-coms,\u201d this is what we mean.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Bear\u2019<\/em>s final season premieres in about a month so promotion should be kicking off soon. The person I\u2019m most excited to see is Ayo Edebiri: one, her interviews are quite funny and two, her style is sick. But she\u2019s starring in Proof <\/em>on Broadway (the reviews have been excellent) until early July, so not sure how much time that leaves for press.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Ryder Robinson and Deacon Phillippe both graduated from NYU. Do they hang? Do their moms? I actually don\u2019t know if Kate Hudson and Reese Witherspoon are tight, and they might not have run into each other, considering there were thousands of families in attendance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n I guess Jeff Probst made a mistake last night on the Survivor 50<\/em> finale but honestly, after 100 years doing live television<\/a>, he deserves one get out of jail free card.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Summer House<\/em>\u2019s season did not quite reach Scandoval-levels of fame but it has certainly given the show a bump, just as a spin-off called In the City<\/em> is premiering. Really good timing. And one thing I enjoy about the Summer House <\/em>cast is they are worker bees and they do not shy away or hide their life from the camera (like when Carl broke off his engagement to Lindsay\u2026 right in front of us). Kyle Cooke is in the middle of quite the redemption arc<\/a> so he will never refuse to film with someone. As a reality TV connoisseur, I appreciate this. I actually really dislike it when Bravo cuts people for being too controversial.
