And that plays a part in our furniture setup \u2014 everything is living room-style, very cozy, very lax.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cWhat we want is a neighborhood feel in a luxury space.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The food menu is still evolving but currently features artisan grilled cheeses and other light bites.
