It’s a hit! Ingrid Andress is officially back and she just released an upbeat new song. The fun part is that there is a Duluth<\/a> connection here.<\/p>\n The country star burst onto the scene with her 2020 debut\u00a0More Hearts Than Mine<\/em> and it was a huge hit, leading her to break through in the industry. The song snagged a ton of award nominations.<\/p>\n After a brief break from making music,<\/a> she’s been back in action and just released a new song on Friday (May 22nd) just in time for the holiday weekend.<\/p>\n The song is called\u00a0All The Best\u00a0<\/em>and from the title, I knew that it was going to be a little bit petty. She even admitted as such!<\/p>\n When she shared the song was out in the world, she\u00a0shared that she tapped into her sarcastic side, which comes naturally, to write this song to someone who she was in a relationship with and it didn’t end well.<\/p>\n She said it is a defense mechanism – and it definitely is a catchy one at that! We all hit that point where we don’t feel like yelling. Instead, we wish someone the best and move on. That’s the premise behind the song.<\/p>\n This song was written with a famous Duluth songwriter! Jordan Schmidt<\/a> has written some of the biggest hits in country music over the past decade and now, he helped write this future hit with the country star.<\/p>\n I love how versatile of a songwriter he is! He has written songs for everyone from Kane Brown to Jason Aldean to Ella Langley. I can’t wait to see what he does next.
