Memorial Day<\/a> weekend is here, which means some morning and daytime TV shows will be taking time off to enjoy the holiday.<\/p>\n While some shows are adjusting their schedules for Memorial Day on Monday, May 25, TV\u2019s three major morning shows will all seemingly air new episodes on the holiday. Monday\u2019s episode of CBS Mornings<\/a><\/em> will feature a new installment of David Begnaud<\/a>\u2018s \u201cBeg-Knows America\u201d series, in which he highlights everyday heroes across the country.<\/p>\n On Good Morning America<\/em><\/a>, ABC<\/a> e-commerce editor Tory Johnson will show off items perfect for viewers\u2019 holiday celebrations during a Memorial Day-themed edition of \u201cDeals & Steals.\u201d Though NBC<\/a>\u2018s Today<\/a><\/em> has not announced plans for its Monday broadcast, it is likely the show\u2019s 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. ET news hours will be live, while the third hour and Today With Jenna & Sheinelle<\/em> will likely be prerecorded.<\/p>\n Many morning show hosts did not appear on their respective shows on Friday, May 22, seemingly getting a head start on the long weekend. Robin Roberts<\/a>, George Stephanopoulos<\/a>, and Lara Spencer<\/a> were all absent from GMA<\/em>, while Savannah Guthrie<\/a>, Al Roker<\/a>, Carson Daly<\/a>, Jenna Bush Hager<\/a>, and Sheinelle Jones<\/a> took the day off from Today<\/em>.<\/p>\n Guthrie and Roker\u2019s absences, in particular, came one day after they made a surprise appearance<\/a> in the penultimate episode of HBO Max<\/a>\u2018s Hacks<\/a><\/em>. In the episode, Jean Smart<\/a>\u2018s Deborah Vance stopped by Studio 1A to promote her Central Park show after her Madison Square Garden comeback performance was sabotaged. \u200b\u200b\u201cIf you are in the tri-state area, get out to Central Park.
