Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake<\/a> have had their fair share of ups and downs, and it seems they\u2019ve hit another rough patch.<\/p>\n

According to RadarOnline<\/a><\/em>, Biel has reportedly grown very frustrated with Timberlake, so much so that she\u2019s allegedly given him an ultimatum: either he \u201ccleans up his act,\u201d or she\u2019s officially walking away from their marriage.<\/p>\n

Sources told the outlet that Biel is \u201cfed up\u201d and losing patience with the \u201cCry Me a River\u201d singer\u2019s behavior and the fact that he\u2019s barely around to spend time with their sons, Silas and Phineas.<\/p>\n

One source alleged that if Timberlake makes one more mistake, the 7th Heaven <\/em>star will pack her things and leave him for good. \u201cShe does everything with the kids, and she\u2019s sick of being publicly embarrassed,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n

Insiders claim that Biel\u2019s aggravation stems from Timberlake\u2019s drinking habits, which have gotten him into trouble a few times over the years. In June 2024, he was arrested on DWI charges<\/a> in Long Island, N.Y., and was issued two citations: one for running a stop sign and one for failure to keep in the lane. Timberlake eventually reached a plea deal, agreeing to plead guilty to a lesser offense.<\/p>\n

\u201cJustin is the kind of guy that when he\u2019s out, has always had a drink in his hand,\u201d another insider explained to RadarOnline<\/em>. \u201cEven back in his NSYNC prime, at his restaurant, on tour, he always liked to have a good time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although unconfirmed, sources also believe Biel may still be upset by photos published by The Sun<\/a> <\/em>in 2019 of Timberlake being touchy with his Palmer<\/em> co-star Alisha Wainwright in New Orleans.<\/p>\n

At the time, a source with direct knowledge told People<\/a> <\/em>that Timberlake and Wainwright\u2019s encounter was \u201ccompletely innocent,\u201d adding, \u201cIt\u2019s a balcony with a group of people and it was definitely nothing happening.\u201d<\/p>\n

Timberlake later took to Instagram and apologized to Biel for his actions. \u201cI displayed a strong lapse in judgement\u2014but let me be clear\u2014nothing happened between me and my costar. I drank way too much that night and I regret my behavior. I should have known better,\u201d he wrote in the now-deleted post, per Elle<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is not the example I want to set for my son,\u201d he continued. \u201cI apologize to my amazing wife and family for putting them through such an embarrassing situation, and I am focused on being the best husband and father I can be.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
