Alix Earle<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about an emotional run-in with her ex, Braxton Berrios<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The influencer posted a \u201cUNGRWM\u201d (un-get ready with me) video via TikTok<\/a> on Monday, May 25, which documented her getting ready for bed the night before as she spoke about bumping into Berrios on a night out.<\/p>\n

\u201cCrymaxxing,\u201d Earle, 25, said, admitting that her \u201ceyes are a tad bit puffy\u201d from crying.<\/p>\n

\u201cObviously, I saw my ex tonight, but we\u2019re on good terms, so it was normal and fine and we were joking around with each other,\u201d the podcaster explained.<\/p>\n

Earle continued, \u201cIt was funny and fun, and then it wasn\u2019t. It kept turning into me looking around the place the whole night like, \u2018Hmm, where is he?\u2019 I think that really sucked, catching myself doing that. I think it\u2019s hard when you see someone for a second and it\u2019s like fun and normal, but that\u2019s just a dose of it, and then that\u2019s done. That started to hit me.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cHot Mess With Alix Earle\u201d host admitted that she got emotional seeing Berrios, 30, while trying to put on a brave face.<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes you just can\u2019t help it. Sometimes you\u2019re just a girl and sometimes water just falls out of your eyes. Sometimes that happens and that\u2019s OK,\u201d she said. \u201cI did the responsible thing and called myself a car home and cried to my dog.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> broke the news<\/a> in December 2025 that Earle and the Houston Texans wide receiver had split after nearly two years together.<\/p>\n

Earle later confirmed the news in an emotional TikTok video<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cBraxton and I are no longer together,\u201d she tearfully told fans at the time. \u201cWe have been doing long distance since, basically, June and we haven\u2019t got to see each other that often. It\u2019s just been really difficult for me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earle said that she was considering a permanent move to Los Angeles after living there while competing on Dancing With the Stars<\/em>. Berrios, meanwhile, lives in Houston.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think that was a scary thing for me to realize because it meant us not being in the same place. A part of me also really wants to be focusing on myself right now,\u201d she said. \u201cI just feel like I can\u2019t be what Braxton needs.\u201d<\/p>\n
