Influencer Jeff Nippard<\/strong> has been candid about navigating his emotions after the death of his fianc\u00e9e, Stephanie Buttermore.<\/strong><\/p>\n

News broke in March that Buttermore died at the age of 36<\/a>. \u201cIt is with profound sorrow that we share the sudden passing of Jeff\u2019s fianc\u00e9e and partner of 10 years, Stephanie,\u201d an Instagram statement from Nippard\u2019s team read at the time. \u201cAs many of you know, Stephanie meant the world to Jeff.\u201d<\/p>\n

The statement continued, \u201cShe will be remembered for her warmth and compassion, her love for her family and her Ph.D research on ovarian cancer. We kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this tragic loss. Thank you for your understanding and support during this difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n

How Jeff Nippard Remembers Fiancee Stephanie Buttermore<\/h2>\n

One month after Buttermore\u2019s death, Nippard broke his silence<\/a> by sharing he had spent time with her \u201cfamily and closest friends to celebrate her life and share memories with each other.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I think about Stephanie, I keep coming back to how loving and kind she was. She really made the world a better place,\u201d he wrote via Instagram in April. \u201cI\u2019m not sure if many of you know this, but during her PhD, she studied a protein called RHAMM, and found out that it could help detect ovarian cancer early. There\u2019s a copy of her PhD dissertation in my bio if you\u2019d like to read it. It\u2019s one of the first things that made me fall in love with her.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cOn her YouTube channel, she helped people feel less alone, especially when it comes to struggling with food and body image. Her journey helped so many people be more accepting of themselves, and I love her so much for doing that. She always put her family first and she had an especially loving bond with her mom. We built this backyard garden in her honour (purple was her favourite colour) and it means so, so much to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nippard noted that the \u201csupport\u201d from their followers has \u201chelped us all.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cStephanie\u2019s mom loves hearing stories about the difference her daughter made. We talk almost every day and it\u2019s been incredibly difficult but we\u2019re making it together,\u201d he concluded. \u201cIf you were a fan of Stephanie, then I\u2019m a fan of you. I hope she made your life better in some way. She made my life amazing and I\u2019m so grateful for the time we had.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jeff Nippard Opens Up About Mental Health Struggles After Fiancee Stephanie Buttermore\u2019s Death<\/h2>\n

In May, Nippard shared that he has been staying in a friend\u2019s basement for several weeks and has begun working out again.<\/p>\n

\u201cA part of me likes having a minimal set up like this because the constraints force me to get creative,\u201d Nippard wrote via Instagram at the time. \u201cWorking out during grief has been one of those things that I really don\u2019t want to do but I\u2019m glad I did once it\u2019s done.\u201d<\/p>\n
