Russell Crowe<\/a> pushed back against commentary about his autograph etiquette. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n On Monday, TMZ shared a clip of the \u201cGladiator\u201d star telling fans not to \u201cfucking push in on me\u201d before he signed autographs outside a hotel in Paris. Crowe, 62, defended himself in an <\/span>X post<\/span><\/a> Tuesday, and described TMZ\u2019s post as \u201cclickbait.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cEverybody got their autograph and selfie, the passage to the hotel was kept free for guests, and I still got to the airport on time,\u201d Crowe wrote alongside TMZ\u2019s post. \u201cOne man, no security. Handled. What\u2019s your problem?\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In TMZ\u2019s original post, which appears to have been deleted, the outlet wrote that Crowe was \u201cabsolutely not having it\u201d and pointed to the Oscar winner as an example as to why \u201cfans are not always priority No. 1\u2033 for some celebrities. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In the footage shared by the outlet, Crowe could be seen giving fans a firm warning outside of the hotel before signing merchandise for them. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cAre you listening?\u201d he asked as he raised his hands to get the autograph seekers\u2019 attention, as seen in other clips<\/a> that circulated on X. \u201cStay where you are. Don\u2019t fucking push in on me, I\u2019ll come to you. Give everybody space. As soon as somebody\u2019s a dick, I\u2019m going. You got me? Clear?\u201d <\/p>\n<\/div>\n Crowe then began signing autographs.
