Jesse Williams<\/strong><\/a> and actress Alejandra Onieva<\/strong> are expecting their first baby together after secretly getting married.<\/p>\n

Onieva, 33, confirmed her pregnancy in an Instagram post with a video showing off her baby bump. The pregnancy news comes shortly after multiple outlets reported that Williams, 44, and Onieva tied the knot in a low-key wedding ceremony earlier this year. TMZ was first to break the news.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly has reached out to Williams for comment.<\/p>\n

The couple have largely kept their romance out<\/a> of the spotlight since meeting on the set of Prime Video\u2019s Hotel Costiera<\/em> in 2024. After sharing scenes together, Williams and Onieva were spotted spending time together off screen in 2025.<\/p>\n

Williams, who became a household name while playing Dr. Jackson Avery on Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/em>, previously spoke with Us about his reinvigorating new role as luxury hotel worker Daniel \u201cDD\u201d De Luca. (Onieva had a supporting part as a character named Sheryl.)<\/p>\n

\u201cThat was fun. I love pushing myself in many ways, but in that way [it] was really awesome,\u201d he shared in September 2025. \u201cThe hardest part was I was exhausted after working long hours, and as a producer, you always have several more hours of work to do after.\u201d<\/p>\n

Williams also opened up about how his body changed while filming in Italy.<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI started thinking I was going to have to be super rigorous. But I think exhaustion [from filming] helped me not put on many [pounds],\u201d he said. \u201cBut also the sad truth is it\u2019s not America. So it\u2019s real ingredients, and it doesn\u2019t bloat or inflame you so much.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actor continued: \u201cI lost 13 pounds shooting this show, and I was eating pasta and bread all the time. \u2026 I did [do my own stunts]. That stuff is important to me \u2014 within reason. I\u2019ve been banged up and injured enough through athletics to know some limits, which I couldn\u2019t say 10 years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n

Outside of his work, Williams made headlines with his messy divorce<\/a> from ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee<\/strong>. The duo married in 2012 and separated in 2017.<\/p>\n
