Teen Mom<\/em><\/a> star Ryan Edwards\u2019<\/strong><\/a> wife, Amanda Conner<\/strong>, is breaking her silence days after she was arrested for an alleged DUI and child abuse.<\/p>\n

Conner, 35, took to social media on Wednesday, May 27, to apologize for her actions and confess to relapsing after three years of sobriety.<\/p>\n

\u201cI relapsed. After three years of me busting my ass and getting my life together, I relapsed. I think I got too comfortable, let my guard down and it happened,\u201d Conner shared via TikTok<\/a> while sitting on the floor curling her hair. \u201cI do know addiction does not care how long you\u2019ve been clean, how much you\u2019ve built, it doesn\u2019t care how many people believed in you, it doesn\u2019t care about none of that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Conner noted that she wanted to start off by \u201capologizing\u201d for disappointing the people who \u201cbelieved\u201d in her.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTeen Mom alum Ryan Edwards\u2019 wife, Amanda Conner, was reportedly arrested and booked on a DUI charge. TMZ was first to report the news on Sunday, May 24, citing a spokesperson for the Hamilton County Sheriff\u2019s Office Jail in Tennessee who confirmed that Conner was taken into custody. The report also claimed that she was [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cYou all ride so hard for me and I appreciate the f** out of that,\u201d she said. \u201cI have let you all down and I\u2019ve let my family down. Just saying that out loud, just letting it be known, it\u2019s just so uncomfortable, it\u2019s shameful, I\u2019m disappointed, I feel guilty, scared. I\u2019m not perfect. I\u2019ve never come to be perfect.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added that while \u201clife happened\u201d and she \u201cfell hard,\u201d she knows she\u2019s a \u201cfighter\u201d who isn\u2019t going to let relapsing be her \u201cwhole story.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m going to bring you all on my journey to recovery. And it\u2019s not going to be fun, it\u2019s not going to be pretty, it\u2019s going to be real, it\u2019s going to be raw and it\u2019s going to be hard,\u201d she continued. \u201cBut, like I said, I\u2019m a fighter and I refuse to let a relapse define me or be my story.\u201d<\/p>\n

She then admitted that she is currently dealing with the \u201cconsequences\u2019 of her actions, something her followers will witness themselves in the upcoming months.<\/p>\n

Conner\u2019s video comes shortly after TMZ<\/a> released audio on Sunday, May 24, of a husband calling the cops with concerns that his wife<\/a> had been using narcotics. The caller, who was not identified by name, alleged that his wife would not take a drug test before leaving in the car with their 15-month-old daughter, Presley.<\/p>\n

The Hamilton County Sheriff\u2019s Office Jail later confirmed that Conner had been taken into custody and charged with child abuse\/neglect for allegedly driving under the influence<\/a> with a baby in the vehicle. She was also charged for allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road. Her bond was set at $16,000 and she was ordered not to contact the alleged victim following her release.<\/p>\n
