Kelly Dodd<\/strong> <\/a>and husband Rick Leventhal<\/strong> have spoken out on the allegations that she engaged in revenge porn.<\/p>\n

Dodd, 50, took to Instagram<\/a> on Thursday, May 28, to share a clip from her and Rick\u2019s podcast, \u201cThe Rick and Kelly Show,\u201d in which the pair discussed a recent report about the accusations.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was like, \u2018What the actual F is going on here?\u2019\u201d Dodd said of her initial reaction. \u201cThen we see [the report]. It\u2019s hilarious to me, by the way.\u201d<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/em><\/a> reported one day earlier that Dodd \u201cunlawfully and intentionally\u201d distributed images of a Jane Doe engaging in sexual activity, citing court documents. According to the outlet, prosecutors allege that the reality star shared \u201cfootage of a female having sex and masturbating without their consent.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBringing the drama! Kelly Dodd has a history of saying what\u2019s on her mind, which has gotten her into trouble on more than one occasion. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star, who appeared on the series from 2016 to 2021, noted that her controversial actions over the years were probably the reason for [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dodd allegedly shared the footage on or around August 29, 2025, with prosecutors claiming the person in the video suffered severe emotional distress upon the video\u2019s release. Dodd and the woman had allegedly agreed to keep the images private.<\/p>\n

Dodd also allegedly \u201ccontacted the person and threatened to injure her, her property and her family,\u201d the outlet reported.<\/p>\n

Leventhal, 66, said in his and Dodd\u2019s response video that they can\u2019t share much information at this time because \u201cKelly hasn\u2019t gone to court yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe can confirm that Kelly is going to court,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

Leventhal also claimed that the initial report \u201cgot most of the facts wrong \u2014 like, completely wrong.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd I know you can\u2019t wait to reveal the truth,\u201d Leventhal told Dodd.<\/p>\n

Dodd responded, \u201cI need some uplifting right now, because this is so insane, and I know it\u2019s somebody in my family that is putting this stuff out, driving this. And you know who it is.\u201d<\/p>\n

The TV personality also claimed to have received a text about the case while they were filming the podcast, which she and Leventhal promised to share with those who subscribe to their Patreon page.<\/p>\n

The alleged revenge porn case comes as Dodd is facing a battery charge for an alleged incident that occurred in June 2025 with a different person, Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed. In total, Dodd is currently facing three misdemeanor charges and possible jail time.<\/p>\n
