Sennott shared the audition experience for The Hollywood Reporter<\/em>‘s Comedy Actresses Roundtable<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n Hannah Einbinder, who was also at the roundtable, shared that Sennott encouraged her to try the medication as well<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Rachel Sennott<\/a> shared the “most amusing” feedback she ever received in an audition\u2014and it was about her acne.<\/p>\n Sennott, 30, appeared alongside Hacks<\/em> star Hannah Einbinder<\/a>, Saturday Night Live<\/em> cast member Ashley Padilla<\/a>, Keke Palmer<\/a>, and Abbott Elementary<\/em> star Quinta Brunson<\/a> on T<\/em>he Hollywood Reporter<\/em><\/a>‘s Comedy Actresses Roundtable<\/a>. When the roundtable was asked about the “most amusing or interesting” comments they received while auditioning, the I Love LA<\/em> star shared a personal story about her skin journey.<\/p>\n “So, I did Accutane,” Sennott explained. “Everyone probably knows because I talk about it every second of every day.”<\/p>\n “She actually made it possible for me to do Accutane, and I just want to recognize the people who came before me,” Einbinder, 31, joked.<\/p>\n “And I did it before both of you,” Palmer, 32, interjected.<\/p>\n “What is it?” Brunson, 36, asked.<\/p>\n “It’s a really intense acne medication,” Sennott explained. “I had bad acne, and I was very self-conscious about it. I feel like I would often audition for parts where they would be like, ‘And we can keep all of this,'” she said, motioning to her face.<\/p>\n After the other women at the roundtable gasped at Sennott recounting the Hollywood executives’ jarring comments on her skin, she shared the anxiety she had heading into the audition room.<\/p>\n
