New York Knicks legend Bill Bradley has dunked on Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s NBA Finals plans.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As the Knicks head to the NBA Finals for the first time this century, Bradley told TMZ Sports<\/a> that if the New York native president does follow through with his stated idea of attending one of the games, then he won\u2019t actually be the star of the show.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Trump, who has attended multiple high-profile sports events since his return to office, is \u201cnot going to be the center of attention,\u201d said Bradley, who helped lead the Knicks to two NBA championships in the 1970s before serving as a Democratic U.S. senator from New Jersey until 1997.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThe center of attention will be the Knicks and whoever the team is,\u201d he continued, arguing that Trump would have \u201cto realize he is second fiddle.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cHe is the president of the United States but at the NBA final, if he attends, he\u2019s second fiddle. He\u2019s not first,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cQuite frankly, as I said, I don\u2019t give a shit what he does,\u201d Bradley claimed. \u201cWhat I care about is what the team does and whether we get to the top of the mountain and whether guys have memories of things they sacrificed for each other to get there and create that bond that lasts a lifetime.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
