Kristin Cavallari came to play and her abs came to slay Thursday night.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Hills\u201d and \u201cLaguna Beach\u201d alum helped kick off Miami Swim Week, rocking the outdoor runway at the Mondrian Hotel in South Beach in style. The show was a collaboration of L.A. fashion brand RESA and Cavallari\u2019s Nashville-based lifestyle company Uncommon James<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The partnership reportedly came together organically after Cavallari discovered the female-founded RESA last year and quickly became a fan.<\/p>\n

Down the catwalk, the onetime MTV star strutted in a serpent-print bikini top and matching mini sarong to cheers and whistles. A remix of Britney Spears\u2019 2001 classic, \u201cI\u2019m a Slave 4 U,\u201d blasted over the speakers.<\/p>\n

Cavallari posted a clip of her and her spray-tanned, oiled-up six-pack in action on Instagram. The caption: \u201cWe did a thing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The mother of three (who co-parents three kids with her ex, retired Bears and Dolphins quarterback Jay Cutler) was up bright and early Friday morning. From her hotel terrace overlooking the ocean, the 39-year-old showed off her skincare routine, telling followers she was still \u201con a high\u201d from the night before.<\/p>\n

Someone in the comments piped in: \u201cAfter that runway I will do ANYTHING you tell me to do.\u201d<\/p>\n

So, how does the multitasking entrepreneur look like she\u2019s ready for a bodybuilding competition? A mix of fantastic genes and hard work.<\/p>\n

Cavallari told online women\u2019s mag Bustle<\/a> last year that she works out daily, one day with a trainer. Weights are a big part of her fitness routine; the \u201cLet\u2019s Be Honest\u201d podcaster revealed she can deadlift a jaw-dropping 150 pounds.<\/p>\n

The Denver native also gave up the goods on how she was able to rule like a boss at the Mondrian.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have to fake it till you make it. I think it\u2019s important to have a pep talk with yourself,\u201d she said. \u201cUltimately, confidence comes from taking risks and doing hard things and then realizing, \u2018Oh, wow, I can do this, and I\u2019m not going to crumble.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
