When she pops up in a scene it\u2019s like \u2018oh there\u2019s Cara Delevingne.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Rock is doing a lot more promotion for his skin care line Papatui and apparently sales are way up (it\u2019s the #1 men\u2019s line at Target and also available on Amazon and Walmart, so that\u2019s a big retail footprint). Wouldn\u2019t be surprised if it is scooped up by\u00a0 a conglomerate like L\u2019Oreal.
