It is a therapy session, basically, with the agents. I\u2019ve never been scared to be open.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I just think, \u2018How can someone help you if you\u2019re not going to be open to them and let them in?\u2019 [I talked about] my marriages, things in the past, really personal, private things.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>When asked what the show and experience has taught her, she replies<strong> <\/strong>&#8220;Confidence, definitely on the dating front. I don\u2019t think I\u2019ll ever be as nervous again&#8221;.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"elk-6fc8f184-856f-4714-8dbb-ab7047546b59\">\n<blockquote class=\"vanilla-quoteblock\">\n<p>\u2018I feel like I might find somebody now\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p id=\"elk-147b7138-6a42-4a09-98d2-d3905f957051\">&#8220;They\u2019ve taught me to be transparent, which I wasn&#8217;t. I was always not wanting to hurt someone&#8217;s feelings. It&#8217;s unlocked that being transparent doesn&#8217;t mean you&#8217;re being mean. Once I actually wake up, and it happened certainly with marriages, where I woke up and thought, \u2018I\u2019m done,\u2019 I was never going back and I\u2019d never let them do it again.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But then, I\u2019d walk into another relationship and do the same thing. It\u2019s a vicious circle, really. So I\u2019m getting very aware of that now, thanks to the experts. I\u2019d just love her to meet someone gorgeous that she deserves. I think she\u2019s a way off though. I couldn\u2019t have done that straight after my divorce. No way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor four years after I got divorced, the last thing I wanted was anyone. I loved my freedom. And I think Ruth might feel like that.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"elk-8a438107-55d3-46e3-bcae-ddb9c115cdfe\">\n<blockquote class=\"vanilla-quoteblock\">\n<p>\u2018I\u2019m hot! I\u2019ve never thought that before\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p id=\"elk-aa637209-368a-4f8b-8e25-a5a0b6277f8c\">Coleen\u2019s newfound confidence is also down to her weight loss journey, having lost over three stone in 2026 which she has documented on her social media pages and in interviews.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It definitely has given me more confidence. It\u2019s opened my world of clothes massively. Before, I\u2019d put things on and go, \u2018That\u2019ll do.\u2019 Whereas now I go, \u2018Oh, God, that looks nice,\u2019 or \u2018That looks hot.\u2019 I\u2019ve never thought that before.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m hot! The experts have told me to keep saying that to myself. And I said to them, \u2018I have been saying it for a while, but I meant in the menopause.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I feel much more confident and I think that\u2019s down to feeling better physically and liking more what I see.&#8221;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"elk-0fa27211-b875-435b-beca-ea8c44bea0eb\">\n<blockquote class=\"vanilla-quoteblock\">\n<p> I\u2019m 61 and feeling sexy. I\u2019m definitely not giving up on romance or sex!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p id=\"elk-8a140cfd-312c-49d3-bded-7974c5a630f3\">From dating to feeling hot, Coleen\u2019s new chapter couldn\u2019t come at a better time. She shared, &#8220;In my mid-50s, I took a massive downward spiral. I hated my 50s.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think a lot of it was hormonal, I went through terrible empty nest syndrome and terrible depression. [It was like] nature basically said to me, &#8216;You\u2019re done. You can die now because you\u2019re surplus to requirements.&#8217; I also got out of a couple of long but stressful relationships, which didn\u2019t help.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p id=\"elk-a3654f42-616b-472e-9ab5-2b8c7f740b22\">But life in her 60s has never been better. &#8220;Then I got to 60 and I got my dream, which was to buy a little smallholding for all my animals. And I thought, \u2018Oh, my God. It feels like my life is just beginning.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I think the hormone thing calmed down a bit and I just got this life is too short to sit there and waste away and go \u2018I\u2019m just waiting to die now,\u2019 attitude.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m not. I\u2019m going to live it right until my last breath. I\u2019m 61 and feeling sexy.
