Charli XCX<\/a> has officially announced the release of her new album: Music, Fashion, Film<\/em> will arrive on July 24th.<\/p>\n Her seventh studio album to date, the project boasts a total of 11 songs spanning 30 minutes and five seconds. In a nod to its title, the album cover features legend musical composer John Composer, fashion auteur Marc Jacobs, and famed film director Martin Scorsese.<\/p>\n So far, Charli XCX has shared two songs from the album: \u201cRock Music\u201d<\/a> and \u201cSS26.\u201d\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Related Video<\/p>\n Music, Film, Fashion<\/em> serves as the follow-up to Charli\u2019s blockbuster sixth album, brat<\/em>, which CONSEQUENCE<\/em> named the top release of 2024<\/a>. Speaking about the new project in a recent TikTok, Charli said, \u201cIt\u2019s really different from [brat<\/em>]. That is a fact, and I love it, and you might not. And that\u2019s cool. But if you do, then that\u2019s cute, but if you don\u2019t, like that\u2019s totally OK, because that\u2019s just what it is to have personal preferences.\u201d<\/p>\n Earlier this year, Charli contributed a soundtrack album<\/a> to the film Wuthering Heights<\/em>, which included a collaboration with Cale called \u201cHouse.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n
