June is always a busy month for the Royal Family but they\u2019re
\ntaking it to the max this time round. The month will start with a
\nroyal wedding and could well end with a major reveal that everyone
\nis waiting for. Settle down, here is how June maps out for the
\nroyals.<\/p>\n
The wedding of the year<\/h2>\n
Pretty much the whole House of Windsor is expected to pack into
\na small church just outside Cirencester as June gets under way to
\nwitness the marriage of Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling.<\/p>\n

The son of the Princess Royal, and eldest grandchild of Queen
\nElizabeth II and Prince Philip, is set to wed the NHS nurse at All
\nSaints Church, Kemble which was founded on land given by Cedwalla,
\nKing of Wessex in 682 and which will now welcome King Charles III
\nwho is due to attend the nuptials of his nephew.<\/p>\n
Horses ahoy<\/h2>\n
Whether Charles will be at the reception, at Anne\u2019s home of
\nGatcombe Park, later remains to be seen. HM is quite possibly on
\nthe buffet list but will be missing the sit down dinner as he and
\nQueen Camilla are due at the Epsom Derby on the afternoon of June
\n6.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been confirmed that Their Majesties will attend the
\nprestigious horse race, also much beloved of Queen Elizabeth II.
\nIt\u2019s a decent two hour drive, even with police outriders, so a
\nreturn for the wedding disco might be off the cards.<\/p>\n
Ascot beckons<\/h2>\n
The King and Queen will also lead the Royal Family at one of the
\nsocial events of the year, Royal Ascot. The carriage procession
\nfrom Windsor Castle to the race course is a staple of the summer
\nand King Charles and Queen Camilla are expected to attend most days
\nof the meeting which runs from June 16 to June 20 this year.<\/p>\n

The Prince and Princess of Wales are also expected at least once
\nand there\u2019s no doubt Princess Anne and her husband. Sir TIm
\nLaurence, will also be in attendance. There\u2019s interest, too, in
\nwhether Princess Beatrice is seen with the royal party. Earlier in
\n2026, it was reported that she and her sister, Princess Eugenie,
\nwouldn\u2019t be at Ascot as the royal sought to keep their distance
\nfrom the House of York. However, the recent decision by Buckingham
\nPalace to officially announce Eugenie\u2019s third pregnancy has been
\nseen as a vote of confidence in the princesses. And while Eugenie\u2019s
\ngreat expectations will likely keep her away (baby is due in the
\nsummer but no more precise date than that has been given), Beatrice
\ncould yet join the royals at Ascot.<\/p>\n
The ancient tradition that will bring
\nout the royals<\/h2>\n
Just before Royal Ascot starts, one of the oldest of all royal
\ntraditions takes place. On June 15, King Charles will lead the
\nmembers of the Noble Order of the Garter in procession to St.
\nGeorge\u2019s Chapel, Windsor for their annual service.<\/p>\n

With many senior royals, including Queen Camilla and Prince
\nWilliam, members of the Order, this will be a really regal turnout
\nand will bring big crowds to Windsor. They\u2019ll be treated to a
\ncarriage procession which will likely see the Princess of Wales
\njoin her husband as the ancient tradition continues to unfold.<\/p>\n
Trooping the Colour<\/h2>\n
Less that 48 hours earlier, the whole Royal Family is also
\nexpected at another traditional event. June 13 is the King\u2019s
\nOfficial Birthday this year and that means only one thing: Trooping
\nthe Colour.<\/p>\n

The Sovereign\u2019s Birthday Parade takes place at Horse Guards
\nParade. King Charles is expected to travel there by carriage with
\nQueen Camilla while the Prince of Wales will ride at the head of
\nthe military procession for the parade. The King\u2019s Company, 1st
\nBattalion Grenadier Guards will troop their colour.<\/p>\n

Then it\u2019s everyone back to Buckingham Palace for the flypast and
\nthe balcony appearance. And that means just one thing \u2013 Prince
\nLouis, set to bring a smile to everyone except his brother and
\nsister who will be pretending they\u2019re not with him. Again.<\/p>\n
The big royal reveal<\/h2>\n
However, Prince George may well find himself at the centre of
\nroyal news this month. The 12 year old is set to leave his prep
\nschool, Lambrook, at the end of this academic year and head to
\nsecondary school in September. Everyone wants to know where George
\nwill continue his education and June could well be the month we
\nfind out.<\/p>\n
