Savannah Guthrie<\/strong><\/a> is recalling the one time she felt \u201cjealous\u201d of Jenna Bush Hager.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cI mean, people have loved Devil Wears Prada 2<\/em>. Are you breathing a huge sigh of relief? \u2026 How good does that feel?\u201d Guthrie, 54, asked Anne Hathaway <\/strong>and Ewan McGregor<\/strong> during a Monday, June 1, interview on the Today show.<\/p>\n

Hathaway, 43, replied, \u201cI think what you just said about the huge sigh of relief because we love it too, and we didn\u2019t wanna come back and disappoint everybody. But the way that it\u2019s been embraced, to the level that it has, has been overwhelming and beyond any of our wildest dreams.\u201d<\/p>\n

When asked whether there might be a third The Devil Wears Prada<\/em>, Hathaway responded, \u201cI hope so!\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOK and then, can I get a cameo?\u201d Guthrie asked. \u201cBecause Jenna Bush Hager got a cameo in 2, and it is the first and only time in our friendship that I\u2019ve been jealous.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bush Hager, 44, appeared in the second installment<\/a> of the hit film, in which she portrays one of the media personalities Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep<\/strong>) invites to the Hamptons while working with Andy Sachs (Anne Hathaway<\/strong>) to help Runway Magazine<\/em> navigate the changing media landscape.<\/p>\n

While the cast did press for the second film<\/a>, Bush Hager shared that she had the opportunity to interview them due to her cameo.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got the interview because the summer before, I was an extra (blink and you\u2019ll miss me!) in the film,\u201d Bush Hager wrote on her Substack<\/a> in May. \u201cOn that July day, the sun beat down on me, exasperating my nervous sweat. As soon as I arrived, the LOVELY director David Frankel made an announcement: \u2018Meryl, Anne and Jenna..\u2019 Jenna?? I am not an actor. I was out of place. It lasted ten minutes but we improvised a scene. It was scary and it was fun. Another moment of wild out-of-body bravery.\u201d<\/p>\n
