While he was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering charges, he is serving a 50\u2011month sentence in federal prison.<\/p>\n<p>The case centers on publicist Jonathan Hay, who filed a police report in September 2025 alleging that Combs sexually battered him in 2020 and again in 2021. Detectives have since submitted their findings to the Los Angeles County District Attorney\u2019s Office, where the matter is under review, the outlet reported, citing D.A. spokesperson Venusse Dunn.<\/p>\n<p>Hay initially filed the report in Largo, Florida, but it was later transferred to authorities in Los Angeles, where the alleged crimes occurred. According to the report, Hay said that he was working on a Christopher \u201cBiggie Smalls\u201d Wallace remix with Biggie\u2019s son, CJ Wallace, and Diddy would show up, at times, while they were working, TMZ reported. He further claimed that Diddy took the shirt he had ejaculated into and threw it at him.<\/p>\n<p>In the 2021 incident, Hay claimed that he flew to L.A. to resume his project with CJ, but again ended up inside a room with Diddy. He alleges that Diddy called him a \u201csnitch\u201d and forced his penis into Hay\u2019s mouth.
